Bob has over 40 years of elevator industry experience. He began his career as an apprentice in New York City. After successfully completing the apprenticeship program and gaining hands-on industry skills, Bob transitioned into supervision. Bob ultimately rose to the position of Service Operations Manager for one of the New York City market’s leading elevator companies – a position he held for 18 years. Bob has been a change advocate throughout his career and he has been instrumental in process implementation across the businesses he’s been engaged in.
Bob is an effective communicator. His years of industry experience coupled with his calm demeanor allows him to be highly effective in high-pressure situations – he is the consummate professional.
