Ken Margherini
Ken has over 40 years of experience in the elevator industry. He started his career with Otis Elevator Company as a service sales representative in Rochester NY. He went on to hold increasing roles of responsibility with Otis as a New Equipment Sales Representative and Uptown Manhattan Branch Manager. After leaving Otis he became the Vice President of Republic Elevator and went on to become an owner of Alliance Elevator Group. After Alliance was sold to United Technologies Inc., Ken stayed with the company as Vice President of Sales and then Vice President of Business Development. During his career he has had extensive experience in all aspects of the elevator business including service, new equipment, and modernization, contract negotiations and project management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Ken is an effective communicator and an engaged manager, maintaining many long-term relationships with clients throughout his career. He utilizes his broad industry and his management experience to satisfy his client’s varied needs. His project management background allows him to share the best practices in elevator maintenance, modernization and construction with his clients to achieve successful results.
