Mark Belcher
Mark has more than 40 years of experience in the elevator industry. He has held executive level positions through much of his career. His combination of education and technical experience is rare within the elevator industry. Mark has been a leader in the development of both systems and practices to improve the operational efficiency of elevator companies with significant direct experience in: elevator construction and modernization project management; industrial elevator systems and applications; business development; and, contract negotiations. He holds a B.A. in Industrial Technology from the University of Maryland and an Executive MBA from the George Washington University.
Mark is an effective communicator and an engaged manager. He effectively utilizes his industry experience coupled with a pragmatic management style to satisfy his clients’ requirements. His project management experience allows him to identify and address process and or performance risks early in a projects’ lifecycle enabling optimal schedule performance and superior end product quality.
